For transparent verification of the legal arguments and the technical measures, could you please point me to the publicly available publications or pages with in‑depth information?
I have already read the tech report; unfortunately the information there is insufficient. Apertus_EU_Public_Summary.pdf and Apertus_EU_Code_of_Practice.pdf are not publicly accessible.
